The payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit secures the reservation and is subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions.
The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. If you book within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation of the booking and loss of deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking we deem unsuitable for our property.
Prices are as stated but we reserve the right to correct any errors.
The rental period starts at 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Changes in arrival and departure times are only possible after prior agreement.
If a gîte is rented, the house should be left in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness on departure as on arrival.We expect the rubbish to be cleaned up and deposited in the appropriate containers. Sheets should be removed from the bed and placed at the front door together with the bath towels. Do not leave dishes on the counter, put everything in the dishwasher and let it run. All furniture must be placed in the same place as it was upon arrival. If you do not wish to follow these conditions, we will be obliged to charge a cleaning fee of 100 €.
The rental prices include bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Please bring your own towel for the pool. However, you can also hire them from us. Please do not use towels from the rooms at the pool.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Please report any breakages or damage so that they can be replaced in time for our next guests.
Your booking is only for the number of persons stated on the booking form. This occupancy rate is to ensure the comfort of our guests.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for interruptions in services such as internet, swimming pool, electricity, water. We assure you that we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
The Owners will not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to you, your property, vehicle however caused. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance which covers you for all accidents. If you are unable to arrive at the property during the period that it is booked, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, e.g. cancelled or delayed flights, adverse weather conditions etc.
The Owners reserve the right to end your stay if you, or members of your group, cause a nuisance or do not treat the property with the necessary respect. In this case there will be no refund for the unused portion of the holiday.
The Owners respect the right to your privacy during your stay in the Home, but reserve the right to enter the Home if necessary to carry out urgent repairs.
The pool is heated via a heat pump from mid-May to early October, the water temperature depends on weather conditions.
We strongly advise you to take out your own cancellation insurance when booking. We will provide you with all the documentation necessary for your insurers should you need to cancel. All payments are non-refundable.
Upon departure, the taxe de séjours and any consumption from the honesty bar will be settled.
