This spacious semi-detached gîte (130m²) is very well equipped (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) and can accommodate up to 8 people + babies.

- Large and comfortable dining table.
- The living room opens onto the private outdoor terrace and the large garden towards the swimming pool.
- The swimming pool is secured in a child-friendly manner.
- The private outdoor terrace has a large dining table and chairs.
- BBQ available.

- On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a large accessible private shower room/toilet. Ideal for less mobile people.
- First floor :
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm) with shared bathroom/toilet.
- Bedroom 3: Queen size double bed with shared bathroom/toilet.
Bedroom 4: Queen size double bed with private shower room/toilet.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The beds will be made up on arrival. Please bring your own towel for the pool (do not use the cottage's towels). You can rent a pool towel from us if you wish.
- Sufficient parking space on and in front of the property.
- The cottage is heated by an electric heater.
- Things present upon your arrival for a worry-free first day: toilet paper, dishwashing cubes and detergent, paper towels, kitchen utensils and products, pepper, salt, sugar, olive oil, key spices...
Between 3 July 2027 and 28 August 2027, this gîte is available to rent on a weekly basis only (minimum 7 nights), from Saturday to Saturday.
Other periods always with a minimum of 4 nights. You can choose the day of your arrival.
